Hi,I'm Lisa

Using my MSc in Psychology and specialist ADHD training, I help you understand your brain and nervous system - and how to work alongside it, without labels that shrink you or strategies that exhaust you.

About me...

I hold an accredited Masters in Psychology and a specialist ADHD coaching certification, and I work explicitly from a psychology-informed coaching framework. Alongside this, I bring over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and business mentor, supporting women in roles that demand clarity, self-direction, and sustained decision-making.

My focus is on how ADHD actually shows up in women - particularly when it’s been masked for decades and only becomes visible in midlife, often under the pressure of leadership, professional responsibility, or running a business - alongside peri/menopause and the life-challenges we also face in this chapter.

I also bring lived understanding. I know what it’s like to recognise yourself in the research after years of coping, adapting, and explaining things away as being “highly-strung" or "sensitive" - while continuing to perform, lead, and deliver under stress.

I am from the UK but based out of Barcelona, so all of my work is now based online - to help you make sense of your experience, unpick years of self-override, and relate to yourself differently - without losing your autonomy, ambition, or personality.

Together we make sense of the way your fabulously unique brain operates at its best - unpicking years of masking and over-functioning - so you can unapologetically live your best chapter yet.

Imagine this...

Psychologist for ADHD Midlife Women

You start your day without the constant background tension because you understand how your brain works and you’re no longer fighting it.

Work feels clearer. Decisions take less energy. You trust your judgment instead of second-guessing every email, meeting, or conversation after the fact.

You stop monitoring yourself so closely. You speak, lead, and show up without rehearsing or replaying everything in your head.

Your nervous system has space to settle. Not all the time - but enough that you’re no longer living in a permanent state of alert.

You work in ways that suit your brain - whether that’s in business or in a professional role - without apologising, over-explaining, or compensating.

You’re still capable and driven but now you’re also calmer, clearer, and more at ease in yourself.

THIS is what we work towards together.

How do the online sessions work?

Here’s how our ONLINE coaching journey unfolds:

Initial Intake Session: We’ll kick off an in-depth discovery session. This session is key as it gives us the time to dive into your journey, where you’re at now, and understand you better. This helps me understand the best ways to support you, and sets a strong foundation for our coaching journey together.

Follow-Up Sessions: These 6+ sessions are all about deepening your understanding of your ADHD and the impact it has on your life.

We start with understanding.

We look at how your ADHD actually shows up - in your thinking, energy, emotions, and work patterns - not how it’s supposed to look.

We map:
• where your brain needs stimulation
• where it gets overloaded
• where you’ve been compensating through effort, urgency, or self-pressure

Then we work at three levels:

1. The brain
Understanding your neurochemistry, attention patterns, and nervous system responses so your reactions stop feeling mysterious or personal.

2. The patterns
Identifying the habits and strategies you’ve used to keep functioning - perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-preparing, etc. - and deciding which ones still serve you.

3. The structure
Creating ways of working, communicating, and leading that fit your brain - whether in business or in a professional role, and how that aligns with this chapter of your life.
