  • The Service is delivered digitally via Kajabi, email, or live calls (where applicable).


2. Payment & Fees

  • You agree to pay the stated fee in full, either as a one-time payment or via an agreed payment plan.

  • Payment is required before access is granted.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of whether you finish or use the Service.


3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • If a payment plan is chosen, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.


4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided is owned by Lisa Long.

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your own business.

  • You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or reproduce the materials in any form.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • You understand that results are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and implementation of the strategies taught.

  • You agree to participate with integrity, respect, and professionalism.


6. Disclaimer

  • The Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • No part of the Service is financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.

  • Any examples of results are not guarantees of outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, business model, and circumstances.


7. Confidentiality

  • Any personal information shared in group settings or 1:1 containers should be treated as confidential by all participants.

  • We will not share your private information without consent, except as required by law.


8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to remove a Client from the Service without refund if they engage in disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behaviour.


9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales.
