This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lisa Long (“Provider”, “we”, “us”) and you (“Participant”, “you”, “your”), for participation in the Build Your Buyer-Led Business audio series, related emails, and associated resources (“Program”). By registering for or accessing the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Access

You will receive access to the Program via a private podcast feed, hosted content inside Kajabi, and supporting materials delivered via email. Access is for your personal use only. Sharing login details, content links, or materials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in the Program — including audio, written materials, videos, frameworks, worksheets, and branding — is and remains the intellectual property of Lisa Long.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business and educational purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell the content

  • Teach or present the frameworks, methods, or materials as your own

  • Repurpose content in your own programs, courses, or marketing

3. No Guarantees

The Program is designed to provide educational and strategic business insights. While results are possible and examples may be shared, no specific outcomes or earnings are promised or guaranteed. Your success depends on your own implementation, business model, and market conditions.

4. No Professional Advice

The Program is not intended as legal, financial, or mental health advice. You are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals regarding your specific business, financial, or personal circumstances.

5. Payment Terms (For Paid Resources)

If you choose to purchase additional resources (such as the Perfect Fit Evolutionary Client Workbook, Perfectly Threaded Offers, or Scale School), payment will be processed securely through Kajabi or our approved payment processor. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

6. Confidentiality

Any private information shared with us via email or within paid program communities will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Program without refund (if applicable) if you violate the terms of this Agreement, including sharing proprietary materials or engaging in behaviour that disrupts the learning environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from your participation in the Program.

By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
