By purchasing The Strategy Table Intensive session, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Once payment is processed, you’ll receive a link to book your session via my calendar.

  • Your session must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.

  • If you do not schedule within this time, the session is forfeited. No refunds.

  • You must ensure your Pre-Work questions are submitted no less than 24 hours before your session.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance using the reschedule link provided.

  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule.

  • Life happens - if something urgent comes up, email me and I’ll do my best to accommodate (once).

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of this digital/intensive service and limited availability, all sales are final.

  • There are no refunds once purchased, regardless of whether the session is used.

4. Telegram Support (if applicable)

  • Telegram support (if purchased as part of Strategy Table Plus) begins on the first business day after your session and lasts for 7 calendar days.

  • Responses are provided Monday–Friday within UK working hours. This is not a 24/7 support service, but you will receive thoughtful, in-depth responses.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials shared during or after your session are for your personal use only.

  • You may not duplicate, distribute, or share any session materials or strategies with others, paid or unpaid.

6. Disclaimer

  • This session offers strategic, experienced guidance, but it is not a substitute for legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • Your results depend on your own effort, commitment, and follow-through.

7. Respect & Responsibility

  • This session is a co-creation. You are responsible for showing up, participating, and implementing.

  • I hold space for clarity, momentum, and transformation - but it only works when we both show up.
